Notice 1, the heatsink is recommended to be installed outside of the waterpoof rubber!!
Notice 2, when assemble the power module, please turn off the power of the motorcycle/vehicle to prevent form hot plugging and swapping and make sure white arrows are in the same side to avoid abnormal current or electrical shorts that could damage LED.

Although they are quite look alike, there are several diferences between Module1 and Module2

How to replace?
You can do it by yourself with a T-handle socket driver, a flathed screwdriver and a phillipsscrewdriver. However, it is recommended to ask a professional technician to install the SLuFass LED headlight in a professional workshop or car garage.

What is ECE R112?
ECE stands for Economic Commission for Europe, and the rule NO. 112 A.K.A ECE R112 is the only one regulation which E-mark approval should be. R112 illustrates the uniform provisions concerning the approval of motor vehicle headlamps emitting an asymmetrical passing-beam or a driving-beam or both and equipped with filament lamps and/or light-emitting diode (LED) modules. It defines characteristics of a safe low beam including No glare, Good visibility distance, Good road illumination on the road between 25m and 50m, Good width of the beam pattern, Not too much light on the foreground and Enough light on the landscape.

How do I know whether my headlights are qualified?
You can simply project your beam on a wall or any obstacle and see if there is a cut-off line in your pattern. Normally, there is a baffle in the projection headlamp to obtain a sharp horizontal and a certain degree inclined cut-offline in the pattern. For the left hand drive on the right hand traffic, the right side of the pattern should be higher than the left (Picture 6 above), and it is just the other way around for the right hand drive on the left hand traffic.
Furthermore, you need to verified all the testing data specified by ECE R112. All the testing should be processed by a goniophotometer(a light measrement system).
Please notice that SLuFass is providing products for the left hand drive(LHD) on the right hand traffic(RHT) market only so far.
What if I need a CanBus?
SLuFass is not CanBus free for all vehicles, if your cars are Japanese cars, you do not have to worry about CanBus. However, if you really need to have one, you can buy it for your car by searching “CanBus decoder” in Amazon.
By the way, CanBus is not necessary for motorcycles at all!!
